The NextRequest portal lets you submit requests any time, track their status, communicate with county staff, and download records when they are ready. Clallam County handles requests under RCW 42.56, the Washington Public Records Act. The county must respond within five business days. Copies cost $0.15 per page for standard paper.

Clallam County Superior Court Clerk Records

Non-certified paper copies are $0.50 per page. Electronic copies are $0.25 per page. Payment is accepted by cash, cashier checks, money orders, and through the LexisNexis online payment portal.

District and Municipal Courts
