A recent fee change is worth noting. Under HB 1858, which takes effect July 27, 2025, exemptions for assignments and substitutions of trustee are eliminated. The new fee for that document type is $301.00 for the first page. Prior to that date, the fee was $18.00. Be sure to check current fees before submitting documents.
